We consider Webinars and WebEx recording with more than two people to be the equivalent of Conference Calls. For WebEx files, we will need a downloadable version of the WebEx file in either MP4 or WMV format.

Excessive Noise: Conference Calls with excessive noise in the background or very poor recording quality will be assessed an additional fee of $0.50 per minute of audio. This can be the case if you record somebody who is calling in from a noisy environment such as a car or resturant.
