If you have recorded a Conference Call please see Conference Call Transcription for pricing and details. A Conference Call is any telephone call involving more than 2 people.

We recommend using Recordia Pro for handling your recording needs if you're not set up to record phone calls yourself.

RecordiaPro will handle recording your outgoing or incoming phonecalls. Once you've recorded a call, you can upload it to our clientarea for transcription.

If you want to record the calls yourself, we recommend using the JK Audio Tap and the Zoom H2 Recorder.
